MenuMagic provides personalised weekly meal plans and shopping lists for registered users (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. MenuMagic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any substantial changes, and continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

By using our Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian and are legally able to accept these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Management

To use MenuMagic, you need to create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account. You may not use a username that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene. MenuMagic reserves the right to terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any security breach or unauthorised use of your account.

4. Free Trial and Subscription

• 14-Day Free Trial: New users can access MenuMagic’s features free of charge for 14 days. If you do not cancel your free trial within this period, it will automatically convert to a monthly subscription, and you will be charged accordingly.
• Subscription Terms: After the free trial, a paid monthly subscription will begin automatically, unless cancelled beforehand. Subscription fees are charged monthly and cover access to MenuMagic for the following month.
• Promotional Rates: Discounted subscriptions or promotional rates may be offered at MenuMagic’s sole discretion and are subject to change.
• Cancellation: Users can cancel their subscription at any time without incurring cancellation fees. Please note that MenuMagic does not provide refunds, including partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. Once cancelled, you will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. User Conduct

Users agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Prohibited behaviours include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading, sharing, or distributing content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
• Attempting to interfere with the Service’s functionality or compromise its security.

6. Privacy and Data Management

MenuMagic is committed to protecting user privacy. We do not sell or use personal data for purposes not directly related to the operation of the web app. All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines our data collection, usage, and security practices.

7. Intellectual Property

MenuMagic holds all intellectual property rights related to the Service, including trademarks, designs, logos, content, features, and functionalities. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

8. Feedback and Suggestions

We welcome feedback, and users are encouraged (but not required) to provide comments, suggestions, or other feedback regarding the Service (“Feedback”). By submitting Feedback, you acknowledge and agree that such contributions do not grant you any rights, title, or interest in the Service or the Feedback itself. All Feedback becomes the exclusive property of MenuMagic, and MenuMagic may use and disclose the Feedback for any purpose without further notice or compensation.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

MenuMagic is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party networks or user devices.

10. Limitation of Liability

MenuMagic and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the fees paid by you to MenuMagic in the past 12 months.

11. Termination

MenuMagic reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or any conduct that, in our judgement, harms the Service or its users.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration or in courts located in Rome.
